About Us

Our family-run business started as a trial to see if we could have another dog after our beloved Samoyed, Lola, crossed the rainbow bridge in March 2024. All four of us have been around a variety of breeds our whole lives - and we miss having dogs in our life. We also have two cats, Milo & Mia who come and go throughout the day and live upstairs in our home. They are kept separated from the dogs that board with us as the dogs are kept downstairs.

Please see below to find out a bit more about us individually!

Nicki

Nicki has grown up with border collies since birth and loves to get out walking with the dogs - exploring new trails and secure doggy fields. Her Mum is a retired Canine Hydrotherapist and Puppy trainer, so she has met many different breeds and has experienced training puppies herself. She is also Pet First Aid trained and is currently completing a diploma in Pet Sitting and Dog Walking.

Nicki works two nights per week for the NHS caring for people too. She loves coming home after her shift being greeted by your pets and having a cuddle.

Adam

Adam has also had pets since he was a little boy. His favourite being a rottweiler called Ami who he taught many tricks!

Adam loves his two cats and often cares for friends and families cats, feeding them, playing with them and giving them lots of fuss!

In the day time, Adam works part-time as a self employed electrician but dedicates his weekends to being with the animals in his care. He is also Pet First Aid Trained.

Alex

Alex is the teenager that likes to stay out of sight, however loves playing with the dogs in the garden, and accompanies the adults when walking the dogs or going to secure doggie fields.

Alex is very experienced with dogs and puppies as his Dad has three German Shepherds and four Dachshunds! They have also bred these dogs so he has experience with whelping and caring for newborn puppies.

Evelyn

Evelyn loves playing with all the dogs that visit our home and accompanies the adults on the doggie walks. She loves to be a part of the business and will often come to do home drop ins to play with the cats under our care.

Rest assured, Evelyn will only come to your home with your consent, as we know some animals may not be child friendly or don't like 'strangers'.
